- 250 g whole wheat flour
- 3 cups of water
- 10 mushrooms
- 2 fresh tomatoes
- 5 spoons of Extra Virgin olive oil
Directions

1Mix flour with water, dry yeast, salt and two spoons of olive oil.

2To get a nice,firm mixture (pizza dough) and spread it on a baking paper.

3Cut all the veggies on smaller pieces.

4Spread tomato sauce all over it and put all the other ingredients on over the sauce.

5Bake on 200C for 15-20 minutes.

6Serve warm and pour three spoons of olive oil over it when already on the plate.
