  • 1 1/2 c. corkscrew macaroni
  • 2 sliced carrots
  • 1 c. broccoli flowerets
  • 1 chopped sweet pepper
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard

Directions

    Prepare macaroni per package instructions.

    Add vegetables during last 5 minutes of cooking time.

    Drain.

    Combine remaining ingredients; cook over low heat, stirring often, until cheese is melted.

    Add macaroni mixture; heat while stirring occasionally. Serves 4 to 6.
