Ingredients

  • 1 cup of grounded sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast (not the baking type)
  • 1 large minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 grated raw potato
  • 1/2 cup margarine (soya is recommended in this recipe)
  • 1 1/2 cups hot water
  • thyme (to taste)
  • basil (to taste)
  • sage (to taste)
  • salt

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients together.

    Pour in a pyrex dish.

    Bake for 1 hour (180C/350F).

    Cool and remove from pyrex dish.
