- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast (not the baking type)
- 1 large minced onion
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 grated raw potato
- 1/2 cup margarine (soya is recommended in this recipe)
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- thyme (to taste)
- basil (to taste)
- sage (to taste)
- salt
Directions

1Mix all the ingredients together.

2Pour in a pyrex dish.

3Bake for 1 hour (180C/350F).

4Cool and remove from pyrex dish.
