- 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 cucumber, peeled, thinly sliced

- 1 small green pepper, cut into strips

- 4 pita breads, cut in half
Directions

1Spoon yogurt into strainer lined with damp paper towel or cheesecloth; place over small bowl.

4Combine vegetables in medium bowl.

5Add yogurt and all remaining ingredients except bread; mix well.
