  • 1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 c. creamed corn
  • 1 c. whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
  • crushed crackers
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Cook frozen vegetables as package directs.

    Drain and cut up any large pieces.

    Combine creamed corn, cheese, corn and soup.

    Fold in the cooked vegetables and mushrooms.

    Pour into a 13 x 9-inch dish.

    Bake, uncovered, 25 to 30 minutes.
