- broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, etc. (whatever mix is desired)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 stick butter
- croutons
Directions

1Put vegetable mix in bottom of oblong pan.

2Spoon cream of mushroom soup and 1 cup of cheese over veggies.

3Melt 1/2 stick butter over top.

4Sprinkle with croutons.

5Bake at 350° for 60 minutes.
