Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 11 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 pkg. Ranch original salad dressing mix
  • 3/4 c. grated carrot
  • 3/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 3/4 c. cauliflower flowerets
  • 3/4 c. chopped broccoli
  • 3/4 c. chopped tomato
  • 1 small can chopped olives
  • 1 small can green chilies (optional)

Directions

    Press crescent rolls to cover bottom of a 15 x 11 x 1-inch pan. Bake in 375° oven for 8 to 10 minutes.

    Cool completely.

    Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and dressing mix until smooth.

    Spread on cooled crust.

    Sprinkle vegetables on filling.

    Press vegetables into filling slightly.

    Refrigerate and cut into squares.
