  • 2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 11 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch original salad dressing mix
  • 3/4 c. grated carrot
  • 3/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 3/4 c. cauliflower flowerets
  • 3/4 c. broccoli, chopped
  • 3/4 c. chopped tomato (remove seed and pulp)

Directions

    Press crescent rolls to cover the bottom of a 15 x 11-inch pan.

    Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes.

    Cool completely.

    Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and dressing mix until smooth.

    Spread on cooled crust.

    Sprinkle vegetables on filling.

    Press vegetables into filling, slightly.

    Refrigerate and cut into bars. Refrigerate leftovers.
