  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cans Veg-All
  • 2 cans tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 large potatoes, chopped
  • black pepper to taste
  • garlic salt to taste
  • 2 qt. water

Directions

    Brown ground beef, celery, onion and pepper.

    In large boiler, combine remaining ingredients.

    Bring to a boil.

    Drain beef mixture and add to boiler.

    Cook until potatoes are soft on low heat, approximately 1 hour.
