Ingredients
- 1 lb beef stew meat
- 1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced carrot
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 3 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 peppercorns
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 10 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
Directions

1Place stew meat in slow cooker.

2Add tomatoes, carrots, celery and onion.

3Combine water, salt, pepper and bouillon.

4Pour over meat in slow cooker.

5Cover and cook on low for 10 hours.

6Add mixed frozen vegetables during last hour of cooking.

7Remove from slow cooker and let cool.

8Place in freezer bag.

9Label and freeze.

10To serve: heat until hot and bubbly.

11Serve with crusty French bread.
