- 1 lb. stew beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. corn
- 1 to 2 c. cubed potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. peas
- 1 qt. tomatoes
- 2 1/2 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. lima beans
- 2 c. tomato juice
Directions

1Brown meat in oil.

2Put all ingredients in big pot and cook. I cook the beef for 1 hour and then add the other ingredients and cook for 35 to 45 minutes.
