- 1 pkg. lean stew meat
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 large can crushed tomatoes
- 2 cans Mexican stewed tomatoes
- 1 c. dried baby lima beans (cook before adding)
- 1 c. dried black-eyed peas (cook before adding)
- 3 to 4 sliced carrots
- 2 c. shredded cabbage
- 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In crock-pot, add beef, salt, garlic and pepper.

2Cook on high until beef is done.

3Add all other ingredients; cook on high 1 hour or may simmer all day.
