  • 1 pkg. lean stew meat
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 large can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 cans Mexican stewed tomatoes
  • 1 c. dried baby lima beans (cook before adding)
  • 1 c. dried black-eyed peas (cook before adding)
  • 3 to 4 sliced carrots
  • 2 c. shredded cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

    In crock-pot, add beef, salt, garlic and pepper.

    Cook on high until beef is done.

    Add all other ingredients; cook on high 1 hour or may simmer all day.
