- 1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
- 1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2-1/4 cups water
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 4 cups (8 oz.) medium egg noodles, uncooked
- 3 cups assorted cut-up vegetables
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
Directions

1Brown steak with onion in hot oil in large skillet, stirring frequently.

2Add water, bouillon cubes, noodles and vegetables.

3Bring to boil.

4Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.

5Simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until noodles are tender.

6Stir in sour cream; cook an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
