  • 5 or 6 squash
  • 4 or 5 regular potatoes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 5 or 6 carrots
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can tomato sauce

Directions

    Clean and pare all vegetables.

    Cut up and mix.

    Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and oil.

    Season with salt and pepper. Cook at 350° for 1 hour.
