  • 1 can French-cut green beans, drained
  • 1 can white Shoe Peg corn
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. chopped fine celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped fine green pepper
  • 1 can cream of celery soup (as is)
  • 1 small carton sour cream
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/2 box Cheez-Its crackers

Directions

    Mix in large rectangular baking dish the beans, corn, onion, celery, pepper, celery soup, sour cream and grated cheese.

    Mix margarine with Cheez-Its crackers that have been crushed.

    Top casserole with this and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°.
