- 18 Ritz crackers
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 2 cans Veg-All, drained
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 small can water chestnuts
Directions

1Crush cracker and mix with melted margarine.

2Put 1/2 of that mixture in bottom of casserole dish.

3Mix rest of ingredients together and put on top of cracker-margarine mixture.

4Top with other 1/2 of crumb mixture.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
