Vegetable Casserole

  • 1 pkg. each: frozen French-style green beans, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower and broccoli
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can onion rings

Directions

    Let vegetables sit out and thaw at least part way.

    Put into large casserole. Add 2 cans cream of mushroom or celery soup and mix.

    Bake in 350° oven 1/2 hour, then add grated Cheddar cheese. Bake another 15 minutes. Sprinkle on onion rings and bake a final 15 minutes.
