- 2 (8 or 9 oz. each) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (without potatoes)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 to 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Cook mixed vegetables, onion and celery in water until tender, then drain.

2Mix together mayonnaise and 1/2 cup cheese. Combine with vegetables and pour into greased casserole.

3Mix together cracker crumbs, margarine and 1/2 cup cheese. Sprinkle on top of casserole.

4Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
