- 1 can French-style green beans
- 1 can white Shoe Peg corn
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Drain beans and corn.

2Add all other ingredients and mix well. Put in casserole dish.

3Top with 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers. Melt 1 stick oleo and pour over crackers.

4Bake about 40 minutes at 350°.
