  • 1 can French-style green beans, well drained
  • 1 can vacuum packed white corn, well drained
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts, well drained
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Ritz (or like) cracker crumbs
  • grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except crackers and cheese and put in a casserole dish.

    Sprinkle combined crackers and cheese on top. Dot with butter.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
