- 1 can French-style green beans, well drained
- 1 can vacuum packed white corn, well drained
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, well drained
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- Ritz (or like) cracker crumbs
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except crackers and cheese and put in a casserole dish.

2Sprinkle combined crackers and cheese on top. Dot with butter.

3Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
