  • 2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All, drained good
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well.

    Bake 30 minutes covered at 350°. Remove from oven.

    Mix 1/4 pound Ritz crackers (crushed) and 1 stick melted oleo.

    Sprinkle over casserole and return to oven until slightly brown.
