- 2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All, drained good
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well.

2Bake 30 minutes covered at 350°. Remove from oven.

3Mix 1/4 pound Ritz crackers (crushed) and 1 stick melted oleo.

4Sprinkle over casserole and return to oven until slightly brown.
