Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. green pepper
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2/3 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. drained tomatoes
- 1 (9 oz.) pkg. corn and baby lima beans
- 1 (9 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
- 1 jar small onions or 1 pkg. small, frozen, whole onions, thawed
Directions

1Saute green pepper in 1/4 cup of butter or margarine.

2Add 1/4 cup flour, milk, salt, sugar and dash of pepper.

3When thickened, add cheese, tomatoes, corn and lima beans, broccoli and drained onions.

4Sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese.

5Place in buttered casserole.

6Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
