- 1 stick butter
- 2 cans Veg-All, drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- approximately 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 roll Ritz crackers
Directions

1Mix vegetables, soup, onion, water chestnuts and approximately 1/2 cup of cheese.

2Place in greased large casserole dish. Sprinkle approximately 1 cup of grated cheese over vegetable layer.

3Crush crackers and mix with 1 stick melted butter. Sprinkle over cheese layer.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
