- 2 lb. ground beef
- 3 or 4 large potatoes, sliced
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 bag mixed vegetables (frozen)
Directions

1Brown ground beef; drain excess fat.

2Put in long baking dish. Place sliced potatoes on top of ground beef, then place sliced onions on top of potatoes.

3Add the mushroom soup, then add 3/4 can of water.

4Pour over top.

5Add frozen mixed vegetables on top and bake for 1 1/2 hours, until potatoes are tender.
