- 1 can whole kernel corn (white)
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 can celery soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 c. melted oleo
Directions

1Melt oleo in 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Drain and layer vegetables. Mix soup and sour cream; pour over vegetables.

3Sprinkle cheese over soup.
