  • 2 cans Veg-All, drained
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped water chestnuts
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick oleo, melted

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients.

    Pour into casserole, then top with the crackers, mixed with melted oleo.
