- 2 cans Veg-All (16 oz.), drained
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- small can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs, crushed
- 1/4 c. margarine
Directions

1Combine all ingredients (except crumbs and margarine) in bowl; pour in greased casserole dish and cover with crumbs.
