  • 2 cans Veg-All (16 oz.), drained
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • small can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs, crushed
  • 1/4 c. margarine

Directions

    Combine all ingredients (except crumbs and margarine) in bowl; pour in greased casserole dish and cover with crumbs.

    Drizzle butter on top.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
