  • 1 can French-style green beans
  • 1 can white whole kernel corn
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/4 c. green pepper
  • 1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 pkg. slivered almonds

Directions

    Mix together beans, corn, sour cream, chestnuts, soup, cheese, onions and pepper.

    Pour into long baking dish.

    Crush crackers on top.

    Pour melted butter on top and sprinkle with almonds.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
