- 1 can white Shoe Peg corn
- 1 can French-style beans
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 c. grated American cheese
- 1 (6 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 box Cheese Nips (crackers)
- 1/2 stick oleo, melted
Directions

1Drain juice from corn and beans.

2Mix first 8 ingredients together and put in 2-quart size casserole dish.

3Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

4Crush Cheese Nips into melted oleo and spread as topping on casserole.

5Bake an additional 10 minutes.
