Vegetable Casserole

  • 1 pkg. frozen vegetables (water chestnuts, carrots and broccoli)
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tube Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Cook veggies.

    Place in 2-quart casserole dish.

    Mix cheese, mayonnaise, celery and onions.

    Spread mixture over the veggies. Crumble Ritz crackers over veggies.

    Melt margarine and pour over. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes in oven or ten minutes in microwave.

    It's much better in oven.
