- 1 pkg. frozen vegetables (water chestnuts, carrots and broccoli)
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tube Ritz crackers
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Cook veggies.

2Place in 2-quart casserole dish.

3Mix cheese, mayonnaise, celery and onions.

4Spread mixture over the veggies. Crumble Ritz crackers over veggies.

5Melt margarine and pour over. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes in oven or ten minutes in microwave.

6It's much better in oven.
