  • 1 can Shoe Peg corn
  • 1 can seasoned French beans
  • 1 small jar mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. sharp cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream

Directions

    Drain all vegetables.

    Put in buttered casserole dish, after mixing together.

    Crush 3/4 small box Ritz crackers.

    Place on top of vegetables.

    Add 1 package slivered almonds and 1 stick butter, sliced, on top evenly.

    Bake 1 hour at 325°.
