- 1 box frozen, mixed vegetables
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. diced onion
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise (may substitute 1 can cream of celery soup to reduce fat)
- 1 c. chestnuts, chopped
- croutons
Directions

1Thaw mixed vegetables enough to break apart.

2Boil until just tender.

3Mix all ingredients together in baking dish except croutons.

4Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

5Sprinkle croutons on top the last 5 minutes.

6Use 9 x 11-inch baking dish.
