  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can French-cut green beans, drained
  • 1 can Shoepeg corn
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 stack Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick oleo, melted

Directions

    Mix first 8 ingredients and put in 8 1/2 x 13-inch casserole dish.

    Crush Ritz crackers and mix with melted oleo.

    Cover the top of the casserole with cracker mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
