  • 1 large can green beans, drained
  • 1 large can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 large can sweet peas, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. each: chopped onion, celery and bell pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 sleeve crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except crackers and margarine together. Put in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Mix crackers with melted margarine.

    Spread this on top of vegetables.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
