  • 1 (16 oz.) can drained white Shoepeg corn
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans drained French-style green beans
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 c. Cheez-Its crackers
  • 3/4 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Combine all ingredients except crackers and margarine.

    Crush crackers and sprinkle on vegetables. Drizzle margarine over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° approximately 55 minutes.
