- 1 (16 oz.) can drained white Shoepeg corn
- 2 (16 oz.) cans drained French-style green beans
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 c. Cheez-Its crackers
- 3/4 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine all ingredients except crackers and margarine.

3Crush crackers and sprinkle on vegetables. Drizzle margarine over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° approximately 55 minutes.
