- 10 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 5 oz. can green peas, drained
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing (regular)
Directions

1Cook vegetables as directed on package.

2Mix all ingredients, except cheese.

3Put in a greased casserole dish.

4Grate cheese on top of mixture.

5Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
