  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, cooked
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, cooked
  • 2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) fat-free lower-salt chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup creamy wheat (enriched farina) hot cereal (1-minute, 2-1/2-minute or 10-minute cook time), uncooked
  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

    Place vegetables in lightly greased 9-inch square baking pan; mix lightly.

    Bring broth to boil in medium saucepan.

    Gradually add cereal; cook 4 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
