  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 6 c. water
  • 10 oz. frozen broccoli
  • 10 oz. frozen cauliflower
  • 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of celery soup
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

    Cook potatoes and onion in water until almost done.
