- 3/4 c. dry crumbs
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. tarragon leaves, crushed
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 c. broccoli flowerets
- 1 c. cauliflowerets
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 12 small whole mushrooms
- 1/2 ??? butter, melted
Directions

1Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, tarragon, paprika, salt and pepper in plastic bag.

2Taking several pieces at a time, dip broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini and mushrooms

3in melted butter. Place into plastic bag with crumb mixture and shake to coat evenly.

4Repeat until all vegetables are coated.

5Arrange in single layer in 3-quart oblong glass baking dish.

6Cover with paper towel.

7Microwave at High (10) for 4 to 6 minutes, until tender.

8Some vegetables may cook faster than others.

9Remove vegetables as they become tender.

10Serve warm.
