- 2 cans Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. Ritz crackers
- 1/2 c. margarine
Directions

1Combine Veg-All, celery, onion and chestnuts.

2Add cheese and mayonnaise, mixing well.

3Place mixture in greased casserole; top with crushed crackers and dribble with margarine.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
