  • 2 cans Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 c. sharp cheese, grated
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 c. margarine

Directions

    Combine Veg-All, celery, onion and chestnuts.

    Add cheese and mayonnaise, mixing well.

    Place mixture in greased casserole; top with crushed crackers and dribble with margarine.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
