- 2 cans Veg-All (mixed vegetables)
- 1 c. celery
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 c. sharp cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. Ritz crackers
- 1/2 c. margarine
Directions

1Drain vegetables, chop onion and celery; slice chestnuts and grate cheese.

2Combine vegetables, celery, onion and chestnuts. Add cheese and mayonnaise and mix well.

3Place mixture in greased casserole dish.

4Top with crushed crackers and dribble with margarine.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
