Ingredients

  • 1 stack Ritz crackers
  • 1 can Shoepeg corn (white corn)
  • 1 can French-style green beans
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Drain water from corn and beans.

    In a bowl, combine and mix beans, corn, sour cream and celery soup.

    Saute onion in small amount of butter until tender.

    Add sauteed onion to mix.

    Mix well and place in a well-greased baking dish.

    Top with Cheddar cheese. Crush Ritz crackers and coat with melted butter.

    Sprinkle crackers on top of cheese.

    Bake for 30 minutes in oven at 350° or until bubbly and brown.
