- 1 stack Ritz crackers
- 1 can Shoepeg corn (white corn)
- 1 can French-style green beans
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Drain water from corn and beans.

2In a bowl, combine and mix beans, corn, sour cream and celery soup.

3Saute onion in small amount of butter until tender.

4Add sauteed onion to mix.

5Mix well and place in a well-greased baking dish.

6Top with Cheddar cheese. Crush Ritz crackers and coat with melted butter.

7Sprinkle crackers on top of cheese.

8Bake for 30 minutes in oven at 350° or until bubbly and brown.
