  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 (12 oz.) carton cream-style small curd cottage cheese (1 1/2 c.)
  • chopped pimiento or parsley
  • celery and carrot strips

    Combine onion, salt and cottage cheese.

    Beat well with mixer. Chill several hours.

    Stir in 1 tablespoon finely chopped pimiento or parsley.
