- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 or 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice (I use wine vinegar)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
- 1/8 tsp. curry powder (optional)
- 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Put all ingredients into a medium bowl; stir well until completely blended.

2Use a fork to do this.

3Serve with raw vegetables colorfully arranged.

4Use celery, carrots, turnip strips, mushrooms, cauliflower, broccoli, Jerusalem artichokes, cucumbers, etc.
