  • 3/4 c. thinly sliced onion
  • 1 c. diced green pepper
  • 1 (20 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1 c. diced potatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. water
