Vegetable Juice Bread

Ingredients
- 160 grams Bread (strong) flour
- 40 grams Cake flour
- 3 tbsp Sugar (light brown sugar)
- 1 bit less than 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 3 grams Dry yeast
- 100 grams Vegetable Juice
- 40 grams Water
- 1 tbsp Margarine (or butter)
Directions

1Put all of the ingredients in a bread maker and let it make the dough.

2Have it run till the first rise is complete.

3A. Divide the dough into 6 portions.

5Make them into round balls.

6C. Cover them with a wrung out damp towel and let them rest for 15 minutes.

7D. Punch down the dough.

8E. Form the dough into oblong shapes.

9(If you have a tray, then lightly coat the tray with spray oil and then put the dough in.)

10Let the dough rise a second time till it doubles in size.

11Once it's done rising, preheat your oven to 190C.

12Sprinkle the rolls with bread flour bake at 190C for 10-12 minutes.
