- 8 small cherry tomatoes
- 1 medium zucchini, cut diagonally into 1-inch slices
- 2 mushrooms, cut in 1/2
- 1 medium yellow squash, cut diagonally into 1-inch slices
- 1 rib celery, cut diagonally into 1-inch slices
- 1/4 c. prepared Italian or your favorite salad dressing
Directions

1On 4 skewers alternately thread vegetables, beginning and ending with cherry tomatoes.

2Place in a shallow baking dish. Pour dressing over vegetables.

3Chill until ready to serve, turning occasionally to flavor evenly.
