  • 8 small cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium zucchini, cut diagonally into 1-inch slices
  • 2 mushrooms, cut in 1/2
  • 1 medium yellow squash, cut diagonally into 1-inch slices
  • 1 rib celery, cut diagonally into 1-inch slices
  • 1/4 c. prepared Italian or your favorite salad dressing

Directions

    On 4 skewers alternately thread vegetables, beginning and ending with cherry tomatoes.

    Place in a shallow baking dish. Pour dressing over vegetables.

    Chill until ready to serve, turning occasionally to flavor evenly.
