- 9 lasagna noodles (dry)
- 1 bag washed spinach (4 c.)
- 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
- 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 c. nonfat cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. fresh Parmesan, grated
- 12 oz. low-fat Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2In 9 x 13-inch pan, layer sauce, noodles, vegetables and cheese.

4Pour water over the top. Cover; bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
