  • 1 (32 oz.) jar prepared spaghetti sauce
  • 9 lasagna noodles (dry)
  • 1 bag washed spinach (4 c.)
  • 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 c. nonfat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 c. fresh Parmesan, grated
  • 12 oz. low-fat Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    In 9 x 13-inch pan, layer sauce, noodles, vegetables and cheese.

    Repeat layers.

    Pour water over the top. Cover; bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
