- 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella (approximately 1 c.)
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 2 eggs
- broccoli, cut and steamed
- spinach, cut and steamed (or carrots)
Directions

1Cook and drain lasagna noodles.

2In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, Mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, parsley, eggs and vegetables. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, spread spaghetti sauce on bottom.
