  • 1 lb. lasagne, cooked and drained
  • 2 c. marinara sauce
  • 1 lb. Ricotta
  • 1 lb. Mozzarella, sliced thinly
  • 1 large zucchini, cooked and sliced
  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained

Directions

    Cover baking dish with layer of marinara sauce.

    Add layer of lasagna, then a layer of spinach.

    Top with layer of zucchini and dollops of Ricotta cheese.

    Next, add Mozzarella cheese slices and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Spoon marinara sauce over everything.

    Repeat layers.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
